Fastway Couriers use Fastway Couriers Delivery Service. Your order can be monitored by you from your computer. Upon request we will send your Fastway Couriers Delivery Number and a link to the Fastway Couriers parcel tracking website. Alternatively, we can follow up your delivery for you on your behalf.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Calls cannot be made prior to delivery.
2. Wine can not be left outside the boundry line of a property.
3. ‘Special Delivery Instructions’ are a guide, it is not a guarantee that these instructions will be followed. Due to OH&S it is at the driver’s discretion as to whether they deem the instructions safe to adhere to.
4. If you are not in attendance when delivery is attempted, the consignment will be returned to Fastway Couriers depot. A delivery notice will be left for the customer to organise a redelivery time. Persons under 18 years of age cannot sign or accept delivery of wine products.
5. New Era Vineyards and Couriers Please will not be held responsible for any missing goods when authority has been provided for your goods to be delivered without a signature unless insurance has been applied to the order.
6. Wine must be signed for by a person over 18 years of age at time of delivery.

New Era Vineyards use Couriers Please to deliver all out wines throughout Australia. We have a twice weekly pick arranged with Fastway Couriers. Please allow 14 days for delivery from time of order placed.
FREE DELIVERY
From time to time we may offer free delivery within Australia. This will be posted on our website at the time of offer.
RETURNS
If your bottle of wine is suffering from a wine fault and does not meet the high standard you associate with New Era Vineyards, please return the remains of the bottle to the place of purchase for a replacement bottle or contact us. If you purchased your wine over our website please contact New Era Vineyards to organize it to be returned to:

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you wish to cancel an order you have placed with New Era Vineyards via our website, you must inform us in writing (by fax or email) stating your full name and quoting your order number, within 1 hour of placing your order.

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped.
